Metacity theme is a variant of the Clearbox theme by Hugo Olabera a.k.a. marandhu [link] and comes with this GTK+ theme.
The theme also comes with Semplice Regular fonts:

Elementary icons are available here: [link]
To install, simply extract the zip file, open the Appearance app and drag the tar.gz archive over it. To install fonts, copy the .ttf file from the Fonts folder to your .fonts directory.

In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
